Our experience with the Amalak team has been overwhelmingly positive. The services provided are commendable, and the responsiveness from their office, particularly in handling repairs and maintenance, is impressive. 1. The flat is ideal for families, offering a comfortable living environment. 2. The kitchen, equipped with cupboards, is well-designed; however, it would be beneficial to have a dedicated space for the gas stove. 3. The caretaker was friendly and quick to address issues as soon as possible. 4. While the complimentary Wi-Fi is satisfactory, we suggest considering individual connections for each flat to improve connectivity reliability. 5. The main door has a gap that allows dust to enter the flat and occasionally gets stuck, which may lead to damage over time. It would be advisable to fix the door so that it closes smoothly, preventing potential issues. 6. For future projects, it would be more convenient to provide a washing machine provision inside the flat rather than on the balcony, as the dust accumulation on the balcony can affect the washing machine. 7. Open-type windows would be preferable to sliding windows in future projects to help control dust entry during heavy wind and rain. 8. The team should ensure that all items listed on the checklist, including smaller items, are present in the flat. This will be very helpful when vacating the flat to avoid any issues for tenants. 9. We previously suggested installing cameras in the corridor areas on each floor, which would be a valuable enhancement. 10. We appreciate the thoughtful addition of at least one fan in each flat, which greatly enhances tenant comfort. 11. The regular maintenance of the AC is much appreciated. 12. In the kitchen, it would be better to install a chimney instead of placing an exhaust fan in the center. It would also be better to position the exhaust fan on the side of the wall. 13. There is no space in the junction box if any additional connections are needed for the flat. The junction box in the corridor is fully occupied with wires, making it difficult to close due to the excess cables. The team should consider these points and avoid these issues in future projects. 14. It would be better to conduct periodic cleaning of the corridors. 15.There are several gaps in the side linings of kitchen marble, and beneath the kitchen slab marbles. It is important to close all these gaps and openings to avoid dust and pest. Thank you
